What is it? 

• A quick, high-level commercial assessment of a technology or business opportunity, that provides a starting point for a De-risking and Commercialization Plan 

Format: 

• 1 hour interview, minimal preparation required 

Deliverables: 

• Summary report of main commercial risks and opportunities 
• Suggestion Action Plan to address these 
• High-level recommendation on the way forward 

Terms of Reference

What is it? 

• Structured statement of a problem or opportunity, identifying what is in (and out of) scope, key stakeholders 

Commercialization Workshop

What is it? 

• A structured workshop where participants assess a technology or business opportunity and develop a plan to reach commercial viability 

Format: 

• 2-day, facilitated workshop session (longer if appropriate) 
• Systematic assessment of commercial aspects of the opportunity, involving Technical SMEs, Commercial Leads and business focal points

• Outline of target Customers & Markets, competition
